Refund Policy

All sales are final
Our products are digital and delivered instantly. Once payment is complete and the download is available, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except as written below.
1. No change of mind refunds
We do not refund because you changed your mind, did not use the product, expected different content, have no printer, bought by mistake, or found something similar elsewhere.
2. Duplicate or wrong charges: always refunded
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged a wrong amount, we will always refund the extra amount after checking the payment.
3. Delivery or file problems
If you paid but did not get access, or a file is damaged, write to us within 7 days. We will resend or fix the file.
4. Refund timeline
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
5. How to ask
Email kaalsetuhelp@gmail.com or WhatsApp [+91 PHONE] with the email used at checkout, your Razorpay payment ID (from the payment message) and a short note. We reply within 2 working days.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing here removes any consumer right that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
