2. What you buy
Our products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in ₹ on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Licence: one family, personal use
Each purchase gives one family a personal, non transferable licence to use and print the files at home. You may not resell, share, upload, forward, publish or distribute the files or any part of them, whether free or paid, including in groups, schools or social media.
4. Educational program, not medical advice
Our kits are educational parenting resources. They are not therapy and not medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are worried about your child's health or behaviour, please talk to a qualified professional. Results depend on each family and are not promised.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking password.
6. Delivery and refunds
Delivery is explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All text, artwork, layouts and files belong to The Kafal. No ownership rights pass to you.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Haldwani, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
